Double Chin
Target Training™
getting rid of a double chin without targeting all
possible underlining causes is a waste of time
Not all double chins are weight-related. There are many factors that can cause a double chin aside from the most obvious cause; excess weight. Poor neck alignment, weak neck muscles, loss of facial bone (in particular the mandible) and the breakdown of tissue; are all hidden factors that can be thoroughly addressed through Facialbuilding.
Chloe Before & After – FlexEffect Facialbuilding
No More Double Chin
As you can see from the top two photos above (front face), Chloe did not have the typical weight issue that most would consider to be the cause of a double chin. Although her after photo does appear to show some weight loss, the majority of her facial lift would have been due to an increase in muscle density as well as skin remodeling.
The Bottom Line … Even if you believe the reason behind a double chin is strictly weight-related, dieting without serious training at the same time could create an even greater problem i.e., turkey neck; which by-the-way can also be dealt with through Facialbuilding.
Training the tissue through skin remodeling (Cross Stretching) will help the skin to shrink wrap as the pounds come off. And, if you are 40 or over, replacing lost bone through bone remodeling (Jolting / Pressure Reps) will make a huge difference in firming the jawline. Building the neck muscles through Facial Resistance Training will elongate the neck; realigning your neck posture while lifting skin sag from both your neck and upper chest.
