FlexEffect Facial Resistance Training™ offers progressive resistance training as found in Bodybuilding, hence the name Facialbuilding™. This type of training calls for elongating the muscle before you contract it, giving you what is known as a concentric contraction, and, more importantly, eccentric contractions commonly known as negative-phase training.  This particular type of contraction offers the trainer maximum potential for building muscle.

Ask any serious Facialbuilder™ and he or she will tell you it can take several different variations of muscle contractions targeting the same facial muscle from different angles to achieve his or her goal.  Each exercise works the muscle differently, shocking the muscle, ensuring hypertrophy (build).  Depending on where you place the resistance, accessory muscles will come into play accordingly.  Accessory muscles insert into the surrounding area you are training and can greatly enhance the build.

A Heads Up … Fast-twitch and Slow-twitch fibers are found within each muscle:

The distribution of these twitch-fibers within a muscle determines how the muscle builds.  Since fiber-type is genetically determined, it is easy to see why so many trainers respond differently to the exact same routine.

Rapid Reps – Ten Second Training – Negative Training, Split Routines are only a few training possibilities to achieve your goal.

As a scientist in the field of aging reversal and skin remodeling, I want to congratulate Deborah Crowley on her design and development of what she coined in 1979 Facial Resistance Training. Her program has revolutionized facial reconstruction alternatives.

When used with proven skin remodeling agents, Deborah Crowley’s program will undoubtedly speed the development of a smooth, wrinkle-free face.

The news clipping to your left. is regarding a two -week study on the effects of Facial Resistance Training™. To learn more about the study follow the link below the clipping.

After the results of this study, Deborah was asked to teach her training at a nearby hospital. It was believed that what she had developed would benefit those who, at times, will have a lasting residual effect from Bells Palsy; along with other facial maladies that a measurable increase in facial muscular strength could also benefit.

Facial Resistance Training™ Was Just the Beginning

As the years went by, Deborah finely realized she would have to go beyond simply building facial muscle if she were to maintain the youthful looks she acquired through her development of Facial Resistance Training™.

In much the same way bodybuilders keep their entire body up to speed; by also addressing bone-structure, Deborah derived a means to do the same by developing a way to target facial bone without relying on the forceful pull on facial muscle.  BoneFlex™Bone Remodeling targets the bone directly, causing the bone to excel in remodeling.

Deborah also developed a way to increase fibroblast cells in the skins matrix by separately targeting the skin through Cross Stretching™ Skin Remodeling. This training increases collagen, elastin, and thickens the skin allowing for more moisture.  Not surprisingly,  this aggressive training also raised a few eyebrows when first on the market in 2010 much the same way her Facial Resistance Training did in the ’70s. However, today it’s highly accepted. Trust me when I say, in a few more years everybody and their brother will have developed it. We’ve been there before.
